revamping my goals

Finishing my psychology degree with full time classes 54+ hours a week, missing dad
I need some support and encouragement and love
I am working on my goal - one day at a time
Living with chronic kidney failure - is challenging some days!

My goals and commitment:
My commitment is to ME - FOR me

Revamping my goals:
Do 4-6 strength training spark videos 2x times a week - with walking in between - even if only for 10 minutes - I just got my exercise ball - adding that to the mix 2x a week

Track, track, track nutrition and fitness
Stick to my kidney friendly diet
Eat more fruits and veggies for snacks!

I want to FEEL fit and strong
I want to LOOK fit and strong

I want to feel GOOD everyday - if you know my health issues and how far I have come you will understand!!! I have given up two jobs due to my health... one was my dream job!!!

I want to be able to have endurance with minimal pain

I want exercise to become like a second skin to me
