Struggled a bit yesterday. Was feeling a bit tired. Made lasagne for tea but with no bechamel sauce and no cheese. I put a bayleaf and Italian herbs in it. Actually it was ok! :-)
Also had it with coquina squash (which I’d never heard of before). Must admit, I’d have been just as happy with some swede. But at least I tried it.
The night before we had fish in sauce, but parsley sauce instead of the usual butter sauce. Just trying to add a bit of variety wherever possible.
Did another spark virtual 5k walk. 60 minutes.
Beck day 6 is all about getting a “diet coach” which I think is covered by all my Spark friends. :-)
Cancelled some of my streaks and put everything on a daily to do list, which I want to read daily to remind me what I aim to do each day. I’ll add to this each day as Beck is a 42 day programme with something new to think about each day. Have put a copy of the list on my spark page. And have started a streak called read daily to do list.
Also have re-done my goals so that they are based on my weight at home rather than at ww, so have 2.5 pounds til I reach my 5% goal now.
