Well, I finally exercised after more than a week of procrastinating!

As usual, I procrastinated till the very last minute. Then I couldn't exercise bcoz my Mom was in the room with me going thru her hoard of carrier bags. The whole floor was littered with bags, so I couldn't roll out my Pilates mat to do my Pilates till she went out of the room to watch TV.

Oh, I'm doing my workouts in front of the computer instead of the TV bcoz my DVD player is out of order! I didn't feel up to a 45 minute Leah Sarago Core Pilates workout (that always makes me sweat) becoz I haven't been exercising for more than a week. So, I decided to take it slow.

Instead I did a few of Cassey Ho's workouts ( I think I put in like close to 40 minutes). Didn't really count blogilates.com . After which I feel like 'wobbly' all over, like I can't stand straight, if you know what I mean. I couldn't even finish all the reps when I could before which shows how out of shape I am! Gotta have more discipline! Got to!!!
