- 1 cup sweet potatoes (... I actually ate this later for dessert)

    We have learned to adapt what ever we can to make the holidays a joyful time, not surrounding ourselves with holiday sweet treats. Our treats are choice prime meats and elegantly done vegetables and yes even a nice glass of a quality organic wine.
Celebrating our lives and showing gratitude for who we do have and how blessed we truly are. My gosh we are truly a blessed culture!
