Crossfit has changed my life.

6 months ago I joined a crossfit gym that opened up by me after my gym closed. Little did I know that as soon as I walked in and took my first class that my life would be completely changed.

I've not only lost weight, I've grown as a person and I have one of the best group of people who not only support me but also one another! I've learned that I need to put myself first even if it's just for an hour. It makes me happy and that in turn makes me a better mom and wife. I've completely fallen in love with crossfit I enjoy the challenge. I love that if I need help with something there's always a trainer around if I need it. My trainers have also become great friends and people who I can always go to when I have a question about anything fitness related! I have never had a bigger support system and it's wonderful! I've truly found something I love and enjoy doing.

As of right now I'm at the 6 month mark and I've lost a total of 5 inches on my hips and 3 in my waist and I'm also down 15lbs.
