The five reasons why I should exercise.
Help with my weight.
Make me more flexible.
To be more active and keep up with friends and family.
To prevent diabetes.
To hellp with my osteoporosis.

There are many more reasons, but the most important thing is to start again with the exercising.

    I LOVE the endorphine effects! I always feel better and encourged after a workout.
