I can remember hearing my Mother in Law bemoaning the fact that every time she combed her hair she was losing too much and worrying that she would be bald.
Well, don't worry because I just read that it is normal for the average person to lose between 50 to 100 hairs day.
But, if you want to know how to keep your hair, the solution, or, one of them is regular aerobic exercise because hair follicles require good circulation to flourish. The exercise strengthens the heart so it can pump more blood up there.
Picture me jumping rope in front of a mirror and watching to see my hair grow. Then all I have to do is find a way to hide the grey!
