For the past few weeks I have been extremely busy with work, school, getting in my work outs and just regular family/house stuff. I noticed I've been eating very fast lately, Not something I normally do. I was reading an article, (can't remember where or by who)
The doctor recommend to eat with the opposite hand he said it makes it feel awkward slows you down lets you enjoy your meal and helps you to not over eat.
Gave it a try and yes it slowed me down and it did feel little awkward and I noticed that I didn't finish all my meals
