I did some housecleaning today and I definitely added that to my workout log, along with a plank challenge (even though it's only 1 minute a day). I also did a jessicasmithtv workout from Youtube, although I couldn't do all 18 minutes, I still got about 12 in. Then I did a SP bootcamp day 1 video for 10 minutes. Honestly I could probably do a bit more, but don't want to be sore; I am still very weak from not exercising for over 2 years now. I always worked and that was 7-8+ hours of nonstop walking (bartender/waitress), but since being laid off a year ago I just haven't had much motivation.
I also stayed in my calorie range today, despite eating Thanksgiving leftovers for every meal. I love leftovers, lol. :o) Tomorrow I am starting the Yoli diet. It's very difficult but I think I can stick with it for a week. I won't be able to do strenuous workouts because the calorie intake is pretty low, but I won't stress too much. I might go on a long walk with my kids through the woods. Every time we go it takes us about 2 hours, which is nice.
