Medifast Day 142 -- Leftovers

Friday, November 29, 2013

emoticon Yesterday was awesome. By my estimation I ended up eating about 5 cups of mashed potatoes and 3 cups of green bean casserole. Also, 75% of a bottle of red wine. I ate until I literally lost my will to eat anymore. Then I went to sleep. Stepped on the scale this morning to see the damage and from last Saturday's weigh in I am up 0.4 lbs. We'll see how it goes on the scale tomorrow. No regrets.

I'm not into Black Friday shopping since I hate crowds and crazy people. I did buy two Sims 3 expansion packs and the latest one about traveling the future is amazing. I would totally recommend it and it's about 12x better than the Island Life expansion.

I will be returning the leftovers my mom gave me yesterday. If I don't, I might end up eating the other 3 cups of potatoes she gave me and the rest of the green bean casserole. I think I put my body through enough for one week. I look forward to eating them again on Christmas Day. It's the only two times a year I get mashed potatoes and green bean casserole and it is amazing each time.

I got my dad hooked on Skyrim since it was only $7 on Steam yesterday. There go the next 400 hours of his life lol.

I am not into Black Friday either.

I just got back into Sims3 and I am maybe 2 expansions behind now, as well as a lot of stuff packages. I do not know how long I will play it. I do have other games I play more often.

To me, Sims makes time go faster! Some weekends I'll crash on the couch, wake up at midnight at start playing over. Several hours, the sun is coming up, much to my surprise.

Skyrim does have the effect to make time go by much much to quickly. I got the game, and next thing I new, it was four months later. Whoops.

I'm glad you enjoyed your food! I know how the left over thing was. I sent half a pecan pie to work with my mom. It was good, but my dad couldn't eat it (bad teeth).

I need to look into that Sim's thing. I don't have the Sim's but it is something I have been wanting for a while. And that future things seems awesome (insert Doctor Who reference here).

I was forced to leave the house today, but not really any shopping. Had to take in mom's car, and get it (unfixed).

Oh well, glad Thanksgiving was a good one!
