Even if we have not been 'perfect' at our weight loss through the year, we still have been setting goals and building awareness. Now is when our good habits will get us through the holiday season.
I have been practicing these goals during the weeks of 2013:
-drinking water often
-putting my fork down between bites
-chewing to liquid
-eating at the table
-veggies, veggies, veggies
-fruit tastes awsome
-vegetables can be delicious
-green smoothies are great for breakfast
-planning the evening ahead helps tremendously
-loose waists on my pants is a great feeling and less stressful thatn weighing myself too often
-sparkfriends have lots and lots of ideas about staying healthy
-lots and lots more!
So now, during these weeks of family get togethers
and shopping marathons
and making lists
and a myriad of expectations
I hope I can remember the skills to keep myself from being over tired and anxious.
