I decided to make a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving III (so there'd be a pie that I'd know what was in it) but I was trying to half the recipe and half the sugar and add monkfruit packets, but I wound up with normal sugar plus 1/2 cup worth of monkfruit! So, next time show your work. I microwaved the extra filling and tasted it, and at least it's not ruined. It is really sweet, almost like egg nog.
So, another Thanksgiving with the in laws today. I weighed myself this morning and I was up 4 pounds. And over 160
But it turns out my cycle is early, so that's 2 of the pounds and then some salt. Doesn't change that I need to get back in management mode, big time. But it's a relief to know that it was my hormones to some extent crumbling my resolve yesterday. It just means I don't have to make the same choices today.
And I only drank water, so that's one thing I did right.
