Well number one: I took a water aerobics class yesterday morning. And have walked and taken classes all week to bank the burn for anything extra i might eat on Turkey Day.
two: I walked most days over 10,000 steps last couple weeks
three: I had an apple for breakfast, a vegetarian burrito for lunch.
four: Went out for dinner with son and his wife. Ate maybe more calories than
usual but had some leftovers but did not eat when I got home.
five: Have stayed the same weight as on my ticker all week.
Got wows from my son about how much thinner I look. ( have been building muscle and loosing fat according to the special scale I weigh in at my doctors that keeps track of such things.
Grateful God has given me the health to keep going .... I will have to do more inside work outs because it is darker in the evening and i am afraid I will be up at the park and something will happen that will cause me to have a setback. Lucky for me I belong to spark people and there are many varied work outs for cold and windy days and nights.
