Day 8, and workouts on a (very tight) budget

So I guess I didn't really fall off the wagon these last 2 days, I just lost my balance a bit. Today has been great so far, I did my exercise (I even added light dumbbells without passing out!) and I'm well within calorie range, even after enjoying a nice cup of hot cocoa. Lol.
Now to other things.. I have seen threads here and there asking about how to work out without money. Let's face it, going to the gym ain't cheap. At least not in Sweden where I'm from. So for people like me who can't afford that (and I wouldn't go even if I could) but still want an awesome workout program.. What to do?
Well, first of all... Going to the gym is NOT the only way to lose weight. What I did the last time around, was to do it the super cheap way and use exercise videos on Exercise TV. Which I heard no longer exists, so now I started using videos on Youtube instead. Perfect!
Also, another SUPER site is www.hasfit.com, they actually have a workout program for all levels of fitness to follow day by day, which is fun because it gives variety to your workouts so you don't get bored. They also combine cardio with strength, so you keep your body guessing.
