Breakfast: Oatmeal and coffee with fat free creamer
Late morning snack: 1 Banana
Lunch: Vegetable soup with /2 cup wheat berries and Greek Yogurt
Afternoon Snack: 1 cup grapes & 1 bottle of water
Dinner: Chicken breast(broiled), Brussels Spouts, green beans with fat free Ranch dressing, 1/2 c brown rice.
