Eat slower and think about what Iím eatingÖ.. Iím not sure I can/want to actually eat slower, but I can chew my food for longerÖ.. I could concentrate more on what Iím eating, if I can stop chatting and stop thinking about other stuff! Iíve put these things on my daily to do list so I remember to do them.
I finally got round to reading my 1st Spark Healthy Cooking Challenge email yesterday, and the outcome of that was just that I need to work on using new recipes and foods, or at least stuff that I donít usually eat. And also work on old faves to make them fit into my ww points range.
Spiritual fitness programmeÖ. Have added saying sorry. And have put it on my daily to do list so I keep it in mind. So many changes going on. So many things to remember to do every day. But if itís on the list then I will be reminded. And eventually I will do all these things habitually. (and have streaked "read daily to do list at least once every day!")
I have found a folder to keep my ww recipes and food ideas in.
Today is day 3 of my 2 week challenge to keep in ww points and exercise at least 50 minutes/day. Days 1 & 2 went ok. :-) But today I am tired and I donít really want to go for a 50 minute walk. However I will do it, because I want to see what the outcome is at the end of the 2 weeks. And Iíll probably enjoy it once Iím out there.
I notice my rosettes are changing colour on my Spark page. Water is red for 10 days in a row, walking has now turned blueÖ woohoo!... 22 days in a row!
