So today's mission was to complete a 60 minute plyrometrics workout. This consisted of jump kick and squat exercises. I was very sore from yesterday's strength training, but as I got warmed up the pain went away, and shortly was replaced with a new pain in my legs and butt. I was kinda of surprised that I was able to do the complete workout so that is a plus. I will strive not to overindulge on this day of thanks, and I hope all of you guys out there do the same. Have a happy thanksgiving, and remember if you miss a step today, you can start fresh tomorrow.
