So I need to get in the habit of saying “well done!” to myself every time I do something positive and every time I don't do something unhelpful.
Yesterday I stayed within my ww points and did a 50 minute walk.
I’ve ordered a ww points calculator and resigned from ww, so will start weighing in on the ww at home team each Wednesday.
PS have had 4 pints of water for 9 days in a row now! Can’t believe I’m actually doing it after struggling for so long! :-)
