I joined spark coach in hopes that it will get me past my plateau. I downloaded the app so I'm hoping to check in every night before bed. Today's topic is how to distract myself from bingeing. This is a hard one since there isn't much to do that would distract me. My best option is to not buy it in the first place. I have no need to have junk in my house so why tempt myself. Hopefully I can stick with that plan this Friday as that is my typical binge night.
