Today is my rest day. Ironically I spent a good amount of the morning getting food ready for tomorrow. Plus two trips to the grocery store. I chose to walk instead of drive as it is 3/4 of a mile round trip, doing well on mynfood plan but need to eat more in the morning and figure a good high protein snack for afternoon. I can't have nuts and only can have yogurt twice a week due to lactose intolerance. I welcome suggestions.
