Day 3: I got my teeth pulled this morning and so I thought today would be the easiest day, right? WRONG. I slept off the anesthesia until the early evening, but woke up with major cravings!! I wanted to chew something so badly. I didn't give in, but my mind started bargaining like, what if I have one bowl of oatmeal every morning, or a salad for dinner. I can't wait to be off this reboot so I can eat just that.
Day 4: has been, by far, the easiest day!! Luckily, I haven't had any cravings! I've just been thinking about the best way to incorporate more veggies into my juices. Fruits are great for you, but we all know that vegetables are better! I don't want to cheat my body, so I'm going to add some spinach, kale, and broccoli into my dinner juice.
All in all, I'm hanging in there. My original goal was 14 days, but now I'm thinking 30, haha. Lets just get to 14 first!!
