So, over the past couple months at Starbucks, I've gotten into the habit of drinking a lot of sugary drinks, as well as the leftovers of frappuccinos. I wasn't tracking the calories, but I'm sure it was a lot. Today, I drank what I felt like was a lot less than I have been. I added up all the calories. While the numbers on my tracker were OK, my calories just from drinks were over 700!! Whaaaaaat?! Time to chill out on the drinks lol. My calorie total today is still going to be around 1900 or 2000, which is fine and I don't feel hungry or deprived, but if I hadn't drank all those calories, I'd be able to EAT 700 more. Or just eat 200 more, save the 500, and be on my way to losing a pound this week. Or be able to eat 1 1/2 nanaimo bars lol. Oh well, live and learn. IT was definitely a good reminder.
