When I'm doing this eating plan, I have to be careful to have snacks handy, because in the space of a minute, I can go from fine to OHMIGOSHIWILLEATYOURFACE.
Snacks are actually one of the things I like about this particular way of eating. I don't end up snacking as much when I'm eating more fat, because fat keeps you full longer.
Fave snacks lately:
Kohlrabi sticks and other raw veggies
Berries and other raw fruits
Sweet chili brown rice cakes (Lundberg brand)
Not-hummus with whole wheat pita
Occasional dried fruit
Water or green tea
And, of course, my favorite snack: leftovers.
