Things are going well again. I'm getting back on track and it FEELS good.
I made my green smoothie, that I haven't had since August, and it was soooooo good. I don't know why I put it off for so long.
I was doing so well with having at least 2 veggie smoothies each day, back in Sept & August. I wasn't having any pain from my arthritis, I wasn't having any cravings for sweets or over eating, and I was loosing weight at a good pace.
But after going to TX and getting off my smoothie trend, even for just 2 weeks, I crashed and burned, and just couldn't get back up.
But yesterday I finally made one, and it was great. I actually woke up without pain, which is amazing. That really is a key component for me. Veggie smoothies keep me on tract, and help me get my vitamins in naturally.
I don't know how, but they are just what my body needs.
So feeling really good. Thank you all for your support.
