BLC23 Week 10 CICO

I'm pleased to say that with three weeks left I have already met my main BLC23 goal of a BMI in the Normal range. I still need to meet my short-term goal of doing my Iron Strength Workout for Runners before December. I did about 2/3 of it last week then ran out of time. Maybe tomorrow before we head over to DD's??? Stay tuned!
