There must be some sort of diet Peter Principle that this covers -- Although I weigh myself every day, Tuesday is my official weigh-in day. That's the day I track my weight on Spark People. For several weeks now, whatever I weigh on Tuesday, when I weigh myself on Wednesday it is always less.
I can't say I'm more careful on Tuesday since yesterday was a no good, very bad eating day. Yet, I was an entire pound less today. I just have to shake my head and laugh!
If I decided my weigh-in day would be Wednesday, would I weigh less that day or would I weigh less on Thursday? What's a girl to do??!!
