Yesterday was a successful day. I drank my water. I only had two coffee. Cutting back or cutting coffee out is not on my goals. but this is also a good thing. I tracked every bite of food I ate, including the chocolate covered almonds I had in the evening when I couldn't sleep. I know - turning to comfort food. I was anxious and couldn't break it. I was wanting something sweet all evening. So I decided to eat something to see if it would help me relax and fall asleep. I did fall asleep around midnight.
Anyhow, today's goals are the same as yesterday.
Track every bite of food
That's it. NO more. No less.
I know the steps I am taking right now are small. In fact, they may be the smallest ones possible. But I need to start moving towards my goal. Taking on too much just sets me up for failure. I can do these baby steps. It is what helped me reach my goal in the past. Back to basics right? So here it goes.
Today is Day 2 of these goals. I can do this.
