New Workout

Today's Elf for Health challenge is to try a new workout.
Every day at SWEAT is a new workout. So this one was an easy challenge for me:)

5 miles spin
SWEAT
battle ropes
Reaper
Bosu hip abduction/adduction
oblique jacknife with weight
punching bag
hurdles
sledge hammer
1.25 mile on the treadmill catching up with my fitness buddy:)
I miss summer workouts!

2018.40 miles for the year!
