Yesterday I felt a bit overwhelmed at one point cos my list of things I need to do is quite long now. But I wrote it all out on a sheet of A4 and am going to refer to it each day so I donít forget to do something important. I feel a lot better having done that.
So today is my weekly weigh in and I lost 1.5 Pounds! :-)
Today is also the start of my two week challenge to keep absolutely within my ww points and exercise for at least 50 minutes a dayÖ.. Doing ok so far - was brave enough to have breakfast without any toppings. Thatís what a 2 week challenge does for me! :-)
I read Beck day 3. All about eating sitting down. Now I have adjusted this slightly! I eat breakfast in my armchair, and I have decided I will in future eat it at the dining table. And I have decided that I will leave my ARC (list of advantages to sticking to my weight loss plan) on the dining table. And I am going to memorise it. So that I can use it when eating out, without having to pull it out of my pocket (where it will get all tatty). Have memorised the first 6 items so far.
I have also added a line at the top which says ďThank You for my mealĒ as I need to regain my right spiritual perspective. Being thankful is a start. The other thing I will be doing is reading 1 chapter of my Bible each day. (I read the 1st chapter of Johnís gospel yesterday.) I will continue to add to my spiritual to do list until Iím where I need to be.
Actually I realised when posting on the Beck Team that although I donít often eat standing up, when I do eat standing up, Iím usually eating something I shouldnít be eating!...
