3 week blog challenge day 2

Day 2. Imagine you have met your new short- or medium-term goal or challenge. What would you like to say happened for you while you were working toward that goal?

I was not very satisfied with meeting my second small goal. This is a negativity. Instead of being happy, I feel like it took me too long. I met my first goal deadline early. I used that extra time plus my second time period to meet my second goal only the day before my second deadline.
I feel like I now know what I have to do, I just don' t do it. If I stick to 1200 cal diet, I CAN lose weight. But I eat more and nothing happens or I go up. Just do it!

    I'm confused. You aren't satisfied that you finished goal 1 and goal 2 ahead of schedule? That sounds like a emoticon opportunity to me.

I lose weight very slowly. I have lost lots of inches, though (down 2 sizes but only 10 pounds lost). I have gained a tremendous amount of fitness. Keep at it. Eating well, drinking your water and exercising is transforming your body. Pay attention to the Non Scale Victories (NSV) and you will feel better about your progress.
