Day 2. Imagine you have met your new short- or medium-term goal or challenge. What would you like to say happened for you while you were working toward that goal?
I was not very satisfied with meeting my second small goal. This is a problem....my negativity. Instead of being happy, I feel like it took me too long. I met my first goal deadline early. I used that extra time plus my second time period to meet my second goal only the day before my second deadline.
I feel like I now know what I have to do, I just don' t do it. If I stick to 1200 cal diet, I CAN lose weight. But I eat more and nothing happens or I go up. Just do it!
