Praying everyone has a Blessed Thanksgiving and doesn't overeat too much!
*Be sure to eat breakfast. Don't starve yourself all day waiting for the BIG meal, and drink plenty of water!
*Put the FORK down! Don't be afraid, you can DO IT! STOP take a drink, chat a bit, let your mind have a chance to tell your bellY that it's FULL!
*Go for a leisurely stroll after eating. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT lay down and let the Tryptophan take effect! LOL
