The difficulty with the meds is sorted for now. Tomorrow, I start the new regimen. Meanwhile, the new diet and exercise tweaks are going really well. It takes some effort to get in 12,000 steps, but I went over 13,000 today without too much trouble.
The food part is pretty easy, too, because of the tracker: it's so easy to plan ahead with this tool!
