I am still down with my back. I haven't been exercising. I can't even do my therapy type exercises. If I move certain ways, my back goes into horrible spasms. It is some better. I am hoping to be able to walk by Thanksgiving without spasms flaring up. My husband is helping me cook Thanksgiving dinner. I am making sure everything is cooked as low cal as possible without sacrificing the flavor. I did that last year and everything was so good and I didn't gain. I am feeling blessed to be here this year having Thanksgiving Dinner with my husband. So I want to make it as special as possible for us.
I have stayed true to my tracker and eat healthy. I don't know what is going to happen weight wise, because I haven't been able to exercise. Exercise does impact my weight loss. Last week with healthy eating and exercise my weight went up 3.5 pounds, but dropped back off the next day 2.5 pounds. I am hoping the rest has gone off. I have been more careful with my sodium and I think that should take care of it.
