Yay! Mini vacation! I've started a running streak, a challenge from a friend. 5K yesterday with my munchkin, 2 early miles in the snow this morning. Planning a few miles tomorrow and then Turkey Trot 5 miles on Thursday. The plan is to run everyday, at least one mile, until at least New Year's Day. Looking forward to giving it a try. I'm also going to finish up my 28 day bootcamp challenge...maybe doing a few extra days of toning and then choose a new toning challenge for December. I like having the daily toning without having to think too much.

I'm down about 10 pounds since I really recommitted. My jeans in my closet are finally fitting again. I still have a couple of smaller pairs, but it's nice to have work clothes again.

Goals for tomorrow:
~64+ oz water
~eat well and track
~5K run and boot camp
~set daily goals and Spark
~laundry
~in bed by 11

    Seems as though you'll have forged a "new" running habit by January 1st and you'll just keep on going after that. Congrats on getting back into those jeans. Where are you finding toning challenges? I really need to find something that doesn't require too much extra thought. Way to Go, Jules!!
