Yes, it's a short week for me. The past has passed. I can't change it. So all I can do is move forward. So here it goes
This week I want to:
Drink Water - at least 8 glasses a day
Track my foods - every bite.
Believe it or not, that is a huge goal for me. Just doing these two things. I need to put everything else out of my mind for this week.
I'm already thinking
catching up on housework
cut back on coffee
I need to stop all of this other stuff. I need to focus on small steps. That's it
For this week, my bonus work will be to not let these other things get to me. To not allow myself to think "but I'm doing this, so that can wait". NO
I need to focus on one thing at a time. One step at a time.
This week - drink water and track. If I do this every day, I can add one more goal next week - on Sunday. I can even start to think about what that goal will be, but not at least until Thursday. That's two days to focus on whats in front of me. Nothing more. Nothing less.
Easy enough right? Well...
Okay, one small change. I will track every bite of food I eat, but I'm also going to aim for tracking with my bodymedia. I want to upload at least 3 times this week. I need to get back into the habit of uploading the information and charging it on a regular basis. It's not really any added "stuff" to do. Just remember to take it off and plug it in at least every second evening at home.
