It's WORTH IT!

Tuesday, November 26, 2013

Yesterday when logging my Saturday weigh-in, I realized that it has been a year and I have made NO PROGRESS! WTH?!

Though it is not all about the number, the number does give some indication of progress you've made or lack thereof. Additionally it's about how clothes fit and how you feel.

What is the problem with me?

It is not a question of knowing what I need to do in order to be successful. It's what I need to do to stay motivated. Finding ways to stay focused on the end goal...what it feels like, what it looks like, the FINAL ME!

I have began updating my START page to remind me of the picture and how to get there, but it still needs some work, a work in progress - ONE SUCCESSFUL DAY AT A TIME - it's WORTH it!

Thanks so much for the Spark Goodie.
I hope your Thanksgiving was a good one. Mine was good. I really don't celebrate that holiday, but I eat like I do. lol.

We are in the same boat my friend! No progress here, but I have not put in the effort it takes to make the progress. Time for me to put that effort in that it takes.

We can do this. I am glad to see you posting I have missed you.
    Big hugs.
