Yesterday I didn't meet my goals. I think I'm eating out of fear about my temp job for the winter. I need to just mellow out and things roll the way they will roll.

Goals for today:

emoticon 128oz of water and tea

emoticon Five servings of freggies at least emoticon

emoticon Work on office project for at least an hour

emoticon Complete gratitude meditation

emoticon 3k+ steps minimum emoticon

    What exactly are you afraid of? Maybe if you can identify exactly what about it scares you, you can change your thinking about it rather than eating over it. If it's a skill you are lacking, can you get extra help with it from someone at work? I'm sure they all understand you are new and don't expect you to be perfect. The fact that you are even worried about it tells me that you are a good worker who takes her job seriously.
