Sleep Journal Day 1

I'm using this as a sleep journal for the time being. I went to bed a 10 pm last night and read my book for awhile, then I went to sleep. I woke up 3 times through the night to use the bathroom and had mild difficulty getting back to sleep. Got up at 6:30 instead of 6 but I don't feel to bad about that. I will try to get to bed earlier tonight and sleep better, but I can't help waking up to go to the bathroom.
