I am back in it!
Last Tuesday I was able to mostly run the group run trail with my group at work - I did it twice - for about 4 miles. (Woo!)
Then Thursday I ran my training - on an incline program (that's new)
And this weekend Hubby and I biked to lunch - about 4.5 miles
Tonight I am planning to run with my office group - see what kind of movement I can get going. I am also planning for an early Thrusday run as we will be visiting my MIL and won't have access to the gym.
That should space it out about right and keep me moving!
