Up and at em... 3 days of tracking food...

Didn't forget to track any food for 2 full days. Today: So good so far. Breakfast a smoothie and a banana, plus coffee with coconut milk. The extra banana made my ratios improve a bunch.

Yes, I had a banana! emoticon
