I had lost 57 lbs with Spark and was wearing clothes I didnít have to buy from the plus size section I had reached a goal I was so proud of and fought for years to attain, I was so close to reaching my goal weight but then hit a plateau and was stuck in that plateau for over a year I lost and gained the same 3lbs. I started seeing a trainer to help me and he was fantastic and showed me the pros and cons of Paleo. I thought since I was eating a Paleo diet I no longer need Spark people (my biggest supporters) WRONG! I got back into many bad habits and now am 10lbs heavier than when I started and can barely get those prized size 12 jeans over my thighs (hangs head in shame)!
I am Back and needing all the spark love and support I can get I need to be healthy happy me again, I will still follow a lot of the Paleo life style but I have decided to add the most important key back into my plan and thatís Spark.
So here we go today is November 26th 2013 and I weight 186.2 and buy December 31st I want to be back in the 170ís so I can start 2014 that much closer to goal.

    I've also edged upwards and my size 12 dress pants for work don't fit the way I need them to fit in order to wear them to work. I will continue to come to Spark every day, read and respond to blogs, engage on my teams as much as I can, and make myself a priority. Good for you for making the decision to do the same!

I am always intrigued by no the no calorie/point counting plans I read or hear about. I try them and gain weight because I eat too much. I tried Paleo and really liked it. I think it's a great way of eating. Good luck in achieving your goals!
