So long! And I do my best for a while. Maybe lose a kilo. Then I slip back into my old habits. It's not that I eat so badly but I guess that there are too many days that I exceed my calorie quota by 200-300 calories and then I see no change and I get discouraged. Well, I'm not giving up but I have to admit that I don't really believe anymore that I will ever lose weight.
