so I walked in the pool because they had changed the starting time,
took the class,
walked to and from my chiropractic appointment,
Went to the store,
Had 22 very active minutes ( my current goal is 33 minutes a day.)
And now I my friend came over ......

Perhaps that rest yesterday helped your muscles today.

I love water exercise. Too bad the gym a block away doesn't have a pool. They'd get my membership for sure.
