Jack and Jill (moderation4me) went up the hill
Jack fell down and broke his crown
And Jill came tumbling after.
That about describes the decisions I made today. emoticon I WAS NOT HUNGRY. I WAS NOT CRAVING ANYTHING SWEET. I WAS NOT UPSET EMOTIONALLY......yet I made some poor decisions. emoticon Why? Has anyone else struggled in this way? It is so illogical. I even said the right things in my head. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I am guilty of this too. It could be stress. It could be habit. It could simply be because it was there. ( a version of the seefood diet-see it, eat it. No thought involved) Learn from it. Put it behind you. Begin moving forward again. emoticon emoticon

I call this mindless eating and I too am guilty of this every once in awhile....and trust me when it happens I go for a few days.....it's in my mouth before I even think about it... hope that makes sense, because I still make up my menus daily and follow them except for that "where did it come from food"......Have a good night and the next time for no reason at all you eat something....."get down and do 25" LOL Seriously, I run up and down the steps a couple of times. emoticon

We just make mistakes. Sometimes it's for no other reason but just because. Sorry, no insight here. Just pick yourself up and brush yourself off and start again. Don't feel guilty, we all do it. emoticon
