First week almost done! I have to weight myself tomorrow and am hoping for positive results.
Things that are better than before I started:
-I am now tracking what I eat and thinking about what I eat
2.- I am working out and recording it.
3. I have support from others on this site which is always great to have others working through the same stuff to keep motivated!
Here is to another week of growth!!
