First week update

Monday, November 25, 2013

First week almost done! I have to weight myself tomorrow and am hoping for positive results.
Things that are better than before I started:
-I am now tracking what I eat and thinking about what I eat
2.- I am working out and recording it.
3. I have support from others on this site which is always great to have others working through the same stuff to keep motivated!

Here is to another week of growth!! emoticon

  Yay! Hope you see positive results but also look for the non-scale changes. More energy, sleeping better, better attitude etc. Blessings on your journey
