ge Week 3 Results

My week last week was pretty good. I did all of my workouts, except I had to cut the double workout kinda short on Friday but I did finish most of it. I stepped eagerly on the scale on Saturday, especially since I've been noticing more definition in my stomach and my work pants are fitting more loosely, only to find I'd GAINED a lb! Aw man! I haven't had the heart to take my measurements but I will force myself to do it tomorrow.

I took a few minutes to contemplate what could have caused this. Aunt Flo did come a knockin' but that doesn't take away from the fact that I had candy each night before bed. You know, I didn't eat one piece of candy on Halloween. Or the week after. Suddenly I can't resist. It's a habit I have to quit. Again. So, here we go to stop the darn late night sweet tooth.

I'm going to try to pre-make my snacks for the week, although I know it will be hard with the Thanksgiving holiday to stick with it. I just need to suck it up and do it!

    I can't have trigger foods in the house. It just doesn't work. LOL

Pre-planning your snacks is a great idea!

My Thanksgiving plan is to enjoy the foods that I only get once a year--but in moderation.
