It's been a long time

Monday, November 25, 2013

Here I am ... many months since last blog post ... haven't lost weight... I am accepting that I have a food addiciton. It doesn't help that I am on medication that makes me gain weight and makes me incredibly hungry, and it doesn't help that I hate exercise and avoid it at all cost. I visited here a lot all summer and just felt guilty as I read all the inspiring stories from those who have done so well here.

All I can say is that today is a new day, I am making my first goal to have a flawless spark streak.. I am at 7 days straight now and I am tracking my food ... even if at times its over the moon. I joined a gym and force myself to go .... praying that one day I will enjoy it and get a lot out of it ... now its just something I want to get over with.

My attitude sucks I know ... and thus I have the courage to write about it.

That's all for today

You can do it. I have been there and just tracking and going to the gym is a great start. Sometimes we are our own worst enemies. Think of youself as a friend and be a good fried to yourself.
Keep up the good work S

Its not your fault that you have a food addiction when your eating junk/processed/ animal foods...so get a food addiction with fruits and veggies
emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon bet you can eat more fruits and veggies than the junk and still lose weight

Exercise is a big pain (ok so I hate exercise to) but its one of those things in life that you have to do...the key to exercise is doing some everyday...so start with doing only 10 minutes a day and when your used to doing that then add 5 more minutes...but I would stick with 10 minute for many months when you do without thinking about it. i started with 10 minutes (and I could only do 1-2 minutes at a time) and now I do 40 minutes everyday (20 minutes twice a day is what I do)
