Official weigh-in number: 246.8!
That's a total of 8.2 lbs down from November 4th, when I decided to get back on track.
I'm happy about my progress, and I am sure that I will have no trouble keeping myself in check and doing what I have to do to reach my goal.
I'm back on track with my water, too! Now I have to make sure that I get in some cardio time every day -- this is the one thing I haven't really been serious about.
If I add cardio to the mix, the progress will not only continue, but the movement will help to accelerate things.
