Wow, I wish I could finally learn how to handle this. Someone is nasty to me and I feel bad. I need to learn how to not feel bad every time someone is horrible to me. I need to recognise that they have a problem and feel sorry for them. And not let it affect how I feel and how I act. Any tips in this area would be greatly appreciated!
Plus I need to start a little folder for recipes and foodie ideas. I need to gradually introduce new recipes and new foods to make my menu less fattening, more healthy, and more interesting and varied.

Started reading the Beck Diet Solution yesterday. Havenít read Day 1 yet. I will do that later today.

Believe in myself. Believe that if 99 people in the room like me, and 1 person doesnít, that means that Iím ok! Believe Iím doing ok. I may be trying to do a lot of things and I may not succeed at all of those things. Some I may partially succeed at today. But Iím trying. And Iím doing better than I was before! Iím ok and Iím doing ok! Just believe!
