5:2 Diet Week 3 - Fast 1

Fasting today was a little harder than the previous 4 times. I had some hunger pangs, but reminded myself that the hunger doesn't build and build, but rather it comes in waves and then subsides.

Yesterday I found some high fiber, low cal tortilla wraps that are only 60 cal each. I ate 3 of them over the course of the day.

Lunch - 104 cal
Marinated vegetable salad and romaine lettuce in a tortilla wrap. 3 radishes and a stalk of celery.

Dinner - 344 cal
2 Tortilla wraps, lettuce, i wedge Laughing Cow cheese, 6 slices thin deli turkey. Greek yogurt with a sprinkle of granola.

There's still about 100 cal left, so I'll have a little snack before bed.

I have been eating 5/2 or 4/3 since the first of July. Took a few weeks off for trips.
I have actually had 17 weeks of fasts, and lost 17 pounds.
That kind of record makes me very happy!
